Drive Salesforce Excellence
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce System Administrator to drive continuous improvement in the management of our platform, enabling all aspects of personal loans and motor loans businesses in Australia and New Zealand.
This role encompasses user management, including support tickets, training, and designing solutions for optimal customer and user experience. Reporting to the Head of Architecture, the system administrator plays a key part in ensuring we provide a leading customer and employee experience, extracting value from our investment in the Salesforce/Q2 Cloud Lending platform.
Key responsibilities include managing all aspects of user and license management, implementing salesforce configuration changes, understanding basic triggers/Apex code knowledge, sandbox environment management, DevOps/release management, identifying and gathering requirements, creating a platform roadmap, defining priorities, liaising with stakeholders, data management, proactive system maintenance, providing user support, developing technical documentation, and managing integrated applications.
You will work closely and collaboratively with business teams, technical support, vendor teams, and project delivery to provide secure, reliable, and innovative business operations on the Salesforce/Q2 platform and related systems.
A successful candidate will have strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 5+ years' hands-on experience with Sales & Service Cloud. They must be self-motivated and goal-oriented, able to take ownership of initiatives, garner consensus, and develop and implement an effective strategy.
About the Role
* Manage user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
* Salesforce configuration changes, including Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports
* Understanding of basic triggers/Apex code knowledge
* Sandbox environment management
* DevOps/release management experience
* Gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
