Join Fyfe’s Adelaide Planning Team as a Graduate Planner, focusing on permits and approvals for major infrastructure projects.
Your Role Here’s what you will be doing:
Assist with preparing and coordinating planning and environmental approvals.
Support due diligence assessments for infrastructure and development projects.
Contribute to the preparation of development applications under relevant legislation and planning schemes.
Conduct research and analysis on planning and environmental matters.
Draft reports, briefing notes, and stakeholder correspondence.
Liaise with government agencies, consultants, and community stakeholders.
Participate in site visits and community engagement activities, helping shape sustainable outcomes.
About You What you'll need:
A tertiary qualification (or nearing completion) in Urban Planning, Environmental Science, Geography, or a related field.
Understanding of planning legislation, environmental regulations, and development approvals.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic GIS tools.
It’s a plus if you have experience or familiarity with planning frameworks, environmental assessments, or development systems.
Awareness of heritage, biodiversity, or climate adaptation in project planning is advantageous.
Previous work experience or internships in a planning or environmental field are beneficial.
