Job Description At Novotel Sydney On Darling Harbour, we are looking for a Night Auditor to join our Front Office team on a Casual basis.
This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for hospitality.
Assist the Night Team in balancing daily transactions and preparing overnight reports.
Ensure guest accounts are accurate and provide helpful, clear information.
Deliver exceptional guest service during check-in, check-out, and throughout the night.
Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees.
Follow the Night Audit checklist to ensure smooth operations Qualifications Experience in a similar role (essential).
Proficiency in Excel and Opera Cloud.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Ability to uphold security and confidentiality procedures.
A guest-centric mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work overnight shifts on a rotating schedule.
