About the Role...

At Luv Bridal, our Retail Administration team plays a key role in supporting our showrooms and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. In this role as maternity leave cover, you’ll provide high-level administrative support, manage key processes and systems, and act as a central point of contact for our retail teams. If you’re highly organised, detail-focused, and enjoy supporting a fast-paced retail environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities...

* Provide high-level administrative support to our showroom teams

* Manage incoming calls and emails, responding to store queries promptly

* Create, process, and invoice sales orders

* Maintain electronic records, data entry, and reporting

* Support inventory allocation and order fulfilment

* Conduct monthly sales order audits and manage refund records

* Coordinate freight and travel bookings across the business

* Liaise with Purchasing on faulty items and order updates

* Manage banking tasks and administrative processes

* Coordinate store and office repair, maintenance, and stationery requests

* Follow up outstanding paperwork and internal requests

About you...

* Over 2 years’ experience in administration or business support, keeping operations running like clockwork

* A highly organised, proactive admin professional who genuinely enjoys making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes

* Confident in handling administrative systems, data entry, reporting, and keeping records accurate and up to date

* Skilled at juggling multiple tasks and deadlines without missing a beat, thanks to strong attention to detail

* Excellent communicator, always ready to support and respond to queries from both the showroom and internal teams

* Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in retail systems such as Microsoft Dynamics or Shopify considered a plus
