A permanent full-time opportunity has become available with a true market leader in the training industry. Blue Dog Training is well recognised as Australia's largest provider of construction training, providing a fantastic opportunity to build your career with a highly reputable and well-established organisation located at Milton.
Based at our Head Office in Milton, the heart of Blue Dog Training's operations, we are seeking a candidate with strong client service focus, keen attention to detail, and well-rounded clerical skills to provide administrative support to our team of trainers delivering trade training. Key duties will include :
Responsibilities
Accurately and efficiently entering information into databases and information systems to ensure compliance with regulatory and legislative obligations and organisational procedures.
Liaising with clients via telephone and email (including students and school representatives) to provide assistance and follow-up required documentation, ensuring a high level of professionalism and follow through.
Booking flights and accommodation.
Undertaking student eligibility checks and processing enrolments.
Assisting in the compilation of documentation, data and information.
Maintaining recordkeeping requirements.
Maintaining and updating the learning management system (LMS) system.
Associated administration tasks.
This is a permanent full-time role with the opportunity to organise your hours to work a 9 day fortnight (with an RDO every second week) if preferred .
Qualifications and Skills
Previous experience in administration and client service roles.
Confident communication and interpersonal skills, with a team player approach and ability to build positive relationships with students, schools and colleagues.
Strong attention to detail with well-developed time management skills to organise your workload.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Confidence learning and using technology, including sound skills in MS Office (experience navigating an LMS advantageous but not essential).
Accurate keyboarding skills.
Eligibility to obtain Working with Children Suitability Card (Blue Card).
