The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Head of Engagement to join our Technology team. As Crown continues its transformation journey, this role plays a critical part in bridging the gap between technology and business units, ensuring strategic alignment and delivering impactful IT solutions across Gaming, Hospitality, Corporate, and Property-specific operations.
You'll work closely with business leaders, technology teams, and external partners to identify opportunities, shape initiatives, and translate business needs into actionable technology outcomes. This is a strategic and collaborative role that combines business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and solution design.
You will be responsible for:
* Building strong relationships with business leaders to understand objectives and challenges.
* Identifying and qualifying IT opportunities through business case development and ROI analysis.
* Leading the development of business requirements, process mapping, and solution design.
* Collaborating with Product Owners, Architects, and Technology leaders to align initiatives with Crown's strategic goals.
* Managing the IT demand profile and progressing initiatives through the demand lifecycle.
* Supporting vendor governance and contributing to the development of a structured vendor management program.
About You
You are a strategic and collaborative IT professional with a strong understanding of business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and technology delivery. Partnering experience and commercial exposure is essential for this role; ideally you will have been in a lead engagement role specific to a large complex organisation.
You will also bring:
* Experience in business consulting, IT service design, or strategic engagement roles.
* Strong understanding of IT strategy, product methodologies, and enterprise systems.
* Proficiency in business process modelling and documentation tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Visio).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent industry experience.
* Experience in hospitality or integrated resort environments (highly desirable).
