We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ecommerce Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ecommerce operations, with a proven track record of driving online sales performance and expanding digital footprints.
The Ecommerce Specialist will play a key role in driving our online sales performance and expanding our digital footprint across leading e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and more. They will be hands-on with day-to-day operations, campaign planning, platform optimization, and performance tracking to ensure we stay ahead in the competitive ecommerce landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
* Promoting and performing marketing strategies to drive online sales and expand our digital footprint.
* Ongoing campaign planning and budgeting to ensure optimal results.
* Leading campaigns, partnerships, and project management to achieve desired outcomes.
* Negotiating best deals in collaborations and marketing assets.
* Reviewing campaign performance and creating suggested action plans for improvement.
* Maintaining brand presentation and key listings in great condition.
* Main communication with platform RM/KAM to ensure seamless execution.
* Obtaining assets from platforms and service providers for ongoing marketing exposure.
* Ensuring platform deals are utilized optimally.
Requirements:
* Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or related field.
* Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing ecommerce operations.
* Familiarity with seller center tools, promotional mechanics, and platform algorithms.
* Experience in planning and executing marketplace campaigns.
* Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales and performance data.
* Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking, reporting, and analysis.
* Basic understanding of digital marketing and its impact on ecommerce performance.
* Good grasp of online consumer behavior and current ecommerce trends.
* Excellent communication and coordination skills across teams and platforms.
* Able to multitask and thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* Tech-savvy and comfortable with CMS tools and reviewing digital creatives.
* High attention to detail in product listings, campaign setup, and pricing accuracy.
