We are seeking a skilled sales leader to join our team in achieving personal and store sales targets. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising, inspiring and leading high performing teams.
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to demonstrate leadership skills by coaching Team Members to become selling superstars through impeccable customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Store Manager to drive store and Team Members to achieve KPIs and sales targets
* Lead by example in creating exceptional customer experiences while achieving personal sales targets
* Coach and train Team Members to become top performers
* Maintain high standards of stock management and shrinkage control
* Merchandise products in line with promotional setup guidelines
* Perform operational requirements including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs and general housekeeping tasks
