No two days are the same here but here is a little bit of what you can expect to be doing:
- Collaborate with and support our Marketing Coordinator and Directors with the development of all selling activities.
- Create interesting and engaging content for (and manage) social media platforms, website, and EDMs in alignment with our marketing plan to:
- increase B2C brand awareness
- increase B2B knowledge and product awareness
- maintenance of our website and social media platforms
- responding to all interactions within 4 business hours.
- planning, creating content, reporting, and evaluating performance.
- create and schedule content for upcoming campaigns.
- investigate channels for increased marketing opportunities.
- Deliver marketing materials such as product catalogues, flyers, advertisements, and promotional campaigns to time and brief.
- Build positive relationships with various stakeholders internally as well as external agencies.
- Develop weekly and monthly sales reports[KB1]
- Raise purchase orders for Sales & Marketing expenditure.[KB2]
- General administration support to Marketing Coordinator and Directors
- Supporting Trade show, Farmers Markets as required
- Other administrative tasks as directed.
**Ideal experience**:
- Would suit a go-getting new/ recent graduate with tertiary qualifications in sales, marketing, communications or similar
- Previous Experience in marketing and/or sales in a similar industry
- Experience in new product development and/or 'go to market' strategies - advantageous.
- Understanding of FMCG sector

**Skills**:
- Highly competent in Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Knowledge in Google, social media platforms and scheduling tools
- Understand CRM software
- Ability to work autonomously and in groups
- Highly organised with excellent time management and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Can do positive attitude
- Knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud and SEO is an advantage
