Based in our Cunderdin branch and working with our service and parts departments, we are seeking the services of a full-time person for the combined role of Service Administrator / Parts Interpreter. Our workplace offers a fast paced & enjoyable environment focused on teamwork, quality service and supporting employee development.
The role
* Customer service via face to face, email and phone
* Support to Service Manager and wider team
* Booking and coordinating service work
* Invoicing and administration support
* Warranty submissions
* Parts interpretation, procurement and sales
* Warehousing, stock control and data processing
The prerequisites
* Computer competency
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Knowledge of the agricultural industry beneficial
* 'C' Class driver's licence (manual)
* Ability to work Saturday mornings during peak season (when rostered)
