ABOUT MAMASAN Mamasan is back - bigger, sharper and more refined than ever. Following a major renovation and a complete menu evolution, we are expanding our kitchen leadership team to fuel the next chapter of our award-winning modern Asian dining experience.

THE ROLE We are looking for experienced Sous Chefs & Chefs de Partie who want to lead, influence and be part of a kitchen that is moving forward with purpose. This is not a "hold the fort" role - this is hands-on leadership, supporting our Exec and Head Chefs to drive:

* Structured prep systems and recipe accuracy

WHAT YOU BRING
* 2–3+ years in a Sous or CDP role within premium or high-volume venues
* Strong understanding of Asian flavours or the desire to master them
* The ability to lead service & sections confidently and support junior chefs
* Excellent organisation, communication and service awareness
* A proactive approach — you see what needs doing before you're asked
* A commitment to quality, teamwork and hospitality at the highest level

Sous Chef: salary from $83,000 - $88,000 plus superannuation
Chef de Partie: salary from $75,000 - $80,000 plus superannuation
