CURATING ORIGINALITY TAKES TALENT W Brisbane, located at 81 North Quay, Brisbane City QLD 4000, is hiring part-time bartenders for our iconic venues: WET Deck - our vibrant poolside bar where luxury meets leisure and offers breathtaking views of the city skyline; The Lex - our signature restaurant inspired by the spirit and verve of New York City; and Living Room Bar - W Brisbane’s signature cocktail destination and vibrant social epicentre. Responsibilities include: Providing excellent guest service that is engaging, personal and attentive. Prepare serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Monitor and manage inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed. Handle cash and card transactions, ensuring accurate billing and change handling. Previous knowledge of cocktails, wines and beers. Experience in making cocktails.
