Role – Business Analyst
We are seeking a Business Analyst to join the Business Transformation team, on a full-time basis based at our Mile End office. The BA is responsible for enhancing ACH Group's solutions and capabilities by eliciting, analysing, developing, communicating and validating the requirements for changes to customer services, business processes, and information technology systems.
What you'll do:
* Guide the businesses in improving processes, products, services and software
* Bridge the gap between IT and the business to redesign processes, determine requirements and deliver solutions to improve customer experience and business operations.
* Create detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for business improvements
* Build trusted relationships with business users
* Elicitation and capture of business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders, including identifying and then prioritizing technical and functional requirements
* Run workshops within the business, using techniques such as Lean/Six Sigma to ensure process design drives improvements to optimise performance and deliver customer outcomes
* Other central support activities, such as support User Acceptance Testing and Training, that will ensure the success of the project
You will need:
* Proven varied Business Analyst experience with demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving experience
* Adaptability / flexibility in your approach; you will be willing to put your hand up for new & all challenges throughout various stages of the projects
* You have demonstrated experience of successfully delivering outcomes
* Proven requirements facilitation and documentation skills
* An eye for the smallest detail
* Fantastic communication, interpersonal and consultative skills to build relationships and liaise with a range of stakeholders
* You will bring your energy, enthusiasm and desire to ensure positive process & system support outcomes
* A Police Check for Aged Care less than 12 months old at commencement
