Greencross is Australia's largest integrated pet care provider with a network of Greencross Vets GP Clinics, the Animal Referral and Emergency Network, plus Petbarn retail stores and grooming salons across the country. We are looking for someone who shares our passion and drive to make the world a happier place through the love of pets to join our Talent Acquisition team.

Would you like to join an enthusiastic and dedicated talent team who take pride in being the face of a candidate-centric model? More than just a team of transactional recruiters, we own the process and are trusted talent advisors in our business.

You'll be joining a tight-knit, passionate team from varied backgrounds, each bringing their own strengths and experience. You'll work closely with an experienced Clinical Support Recruiter who will assist with your training, ensuring you feel supported as you grow in the role. We also have a great tech stack, including video editing software to create engaging collateral for ads, giving you the tools to showcase your creativity. Your focus will be supporting our Greencross Vet clinics in sourcing and hiring clinical support team members. While the role primarily focuses on veterinary nurses, you'll also recruit practice managers, receptionists, and animal attendants. We welcome applicants from the veterinary industry - this role would suit a practice manager or senior vet nurse who wants to leverage their experience in a non-clinical role. Those with experience in recruitment administration or sourcing, either in Talent Acquisition or Agency, are also encouraged to apply. This is a permanent, full-time role with a hybrid working model from our North Ryde office in Sydney. It's an incredibly rewarding and hands-on position where you'll partner with hiring managers across Australia to understand their unique hospital needs, styles, and cultures to find the perfect fit.

* Excellent organisation and communication skills.
* Experience working to time-critical roles and volume recruitment would be viewed favourably.
