We are seeking a marketing professional to drive our brand awareness and student engagement efforts.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing marketing strategies, coordinating agent engagement, monitoring campaign performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. You will also assist with brand development and online reputation management, and work closely with the admissions and compliance teams to align campaigns with enrolment targets.
A successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, familiarity with CRICOS and ESOS Act, and experience using marketing tools such as Canva, WordPress, Mailchimp, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite. A degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field is required, along with at least 1-2 years of marketing experience in the RTO or education sector.
Benefits include a competitive salary of $60,000 - $65,000 per year, an 8 hour shift, and the opportunity to work in person. The expected start date is June 2025.
