The Company Robert Half Technology are working alongside a well-known not-for-profit organisation in Brisbane who are looking to expand their agile delivery team with a newly refined Software Tech Lead. Our client is a house-hold name and are a 'for purpose' business going through a period of growth. The Role This is a newly refined position which sits within the Delivery team and will involve a blend of hands on coding and solution design, along with technical and team leadership of a team of two developers. As a rough split, the role will be 50% hands on technical and 50% strategic and leadership. Below are some additional responsibilities: Responsibilities: Involvement in the design, development, implementation and support of the SaaS platforms and existing applications. Write robust code using modern frameworks including .NET, C# and SQL Server applications Identify and encourage areas of growth and improvement within the team. You will work on multiple different applications with different technologies at times.
