Summary
As Clinical Care Manager, you will lead and empower a multidisciplinary team — including Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, and Carers — to deliver consistently high-quality, person-centred care. Your leadership will shape team culture, strengthen clinical outcomes, and ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards, all while upholding dignity, respect, and choice for every resident.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide effective leadership, guidance, and mentorship to clinical and care teams.
* Oversee the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
* Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, AN-ACC, and internal policies.
* Collaborate with residents, families, and allied health professionals to maintain accurate, individualised care plans.
* Monitor clinical risk, lead audits, and champion continuous quality improvement.
* Drive accreditation readiness and manage responses to incidents, feedback, and complaints.
* Maintain oversight of medication administration, infection control, and documentation standards.
* Coordinate staffing levels, onboarding, and rostering to support operational efficiency.
* Foster a culture of inclusion, respect, and cultural safety within the home.
Requirements
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Essential).
* Proven experience as a Clinical Care Manager or equivalent leadership role in residential aged care in Australia (Essential).
* Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, AN-ACC funding, and compliance frameworks.
* Expertise in clinical assessment, documentation, and risk management.
* Demonstrated leadership with a people-focused and solution-oriented approach.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
* Confidence using electronic care and documentation systems.
