**Job Summary**: We are seeking a skilled Recruitment and Development Coordinator to support our talent acquisition and workforce development priorities. The successful candidate will coordinate recruitment activities, assist with workforce planning, and foster strong relationships across the organisation to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently and cost-effectively.
**Key Responsibilities**:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for various roles.
* Assist with workforce planning by assessing staffing needs and implementing recruitment strategies to optimise resources and ensure high-quality service delivery.
* Foster strong relationships across the organisation to support recruitment, workforce development, and succession planning.
**Essential Skills and Qualifications**:
* Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for various roles.
* Proficiency in developing workforce plans by assessing staffing needs and implementing recruitment strategies to optimise resources and ensure high-quality service delivery.
* Advanced relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with managers, employees, and external partners.
* Cultural awareness and sensitivity, with the ability to work effectively within a diverse workforce and engage respectfully with individuals from various cultural backgrounds.
