Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist who enjoys working with persons over 65 years old? We are seeking passionate, committed and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist who has the confidence and ability to make autonomous decisions and work collectively within the Multidisciplinary team. As an Occupational Therapist within St George Mental Health Service you will be working with the MDT in order to provide innovative, compassionate and recovery focused care to an older persons client group.

* Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to proactively engage with patients to enhance service delivery.
* Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and to exercise independent professional judgement on routine matters, commensurate with years of experience.
* Computer skills and the capacity to use health information systems.
* Demonstrated commitment to quality improvement and evidence based practice, including planning, implementing and evaluating individual and group interventions.
* Current unrestricted Class C Drivers Licence.
