* Maintaining compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
* Assisting with performance appraisal, probation and performance management processes to drive employee development and growth.
* Supporting recruitment processes to include advising hiring managers on recruitment strategies, workforce planning, and talent management.
* Contributing to other HR administrative tasks and employee engagement initiatives, diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
