The Role
Our client works with multiple industries such as Port services, container terminals, shipping, seafaring, offshore oil and gas industries and many more. The client is seeking a switched-on and dynamic receptionist/administrator with exceptional organisational skills to support a busy workflow. This position is Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 3:00pm.
Responsibilities
* Putting together data charts and reports
* Data entry, filing, end of month
* Managing email inquiries and assisting with membership program
* General up keep of office supplies and cleanliness
* Other admin duties as requested
Requirements / Qualifications
* Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage a varied workload and meet competing deadlines
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
* Capability to work effectively within a busy, fast-paced team environment
* Willingness to assist with various tasks as required
