Founded in 1982, APM, Ariane Prette Monaco, is a contemporary fashion jewelry brand that associates itself with the chicness of Monaco and South of France lifestyle.
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to lead our Sydney boutique team. Your mission will be to develop and optimize the boutique's performance and profitability, while ensuring your team engages clients with exceptional service.
Main Accountabilities
1. Business Performance & Operations
2. Drive performance to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs, maximize business profitability
3. Analyze performance to identify business needs and turn them into individual actions and objectives
4. Analyse available sales reports and data to determine the needs of the business and set business strategies
5. Ensure staff is trained in all areas of appropriate POS usage and maintenance
6. Understand and properly execute all management POS functions
7. Ensure cash control procedures are properly followed including bank deposits, safe funds and petty cash
8. Monitor the movement of all inventory and ensure that staff adheres to all transferring/receiving policies and procedures
9. Maintain boutique image according to the brand's standards
10. Implement and maintain all merchandising directives and ensure execution of effective merchandising strategies
11. Ensure presentation of all displays, fixtures and all visual areas are reflective of current visual direction
12. Client Experience & Development
13. Ensure all associates provide the highest level of customer service
14. Manage client database and utilize information to increase sales and client contact
15. Execute service excellence to increase client satisfaction and retain customer loyalty
16. Resolve all client problems and complaints quickly and effectively
17. Manage all special events inclusive of collection previews, client events, sale events, etc.
18. Empower associates to make decisions in the customer's best interest that also support the company's philosophy
19. Team Management & Development
20. Identify and recruit new talents, build and retain a high performing team
21. Lead by example demonstrating passion towards APM MONACO, know our brand's products, mission and value
22. Conduct in-store training, one-o-one coaching and team meetings
23. Build individual objectives and development plans
24. Ensure image and grooming standards are professional, reflective of the brand image and always adhered to
25. Resolve all human resources issues in a timely and effective manner, partnering with HR team when necessary
