About the Role
As our Senior Café Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, maintaining exceptional service standards, and driving business performance. You’ll play a key role in shaping the customer experience while ensuring smooth, efficient service every day.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team
* Manage day-to-day café operations, including opening/closing procedures
* Ensure outstanding customer service and handle escalations professionally
* Monitor inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships
* Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standards
* Drive sales, manage budgets, and meet financial targets
* Develop and implement strategies to grow the business
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Café Manager or similar hospitality leadership role
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
* Solid understanding of café operations, stock control, and budgeting
* Ability to stay calm and organised under pressure
* Passion for coffee, food, and creating great customer experiences
