Job Description:
The role of Assistant Customer Service Manager entails managing a team responsible for processing objections and customer communications. The successful candidate will ensure quality outcomes aligned with service level agreements and lead initiatives to improve efficiency and performance across customer service operations.
This involves allocating tasks and resources to manage workload peaks and troughs, applying specialized knowledge to facilitate client outcomes, leading staff capability development and performance management, and reporting on quality and performance.
