About our role:
We're looking for a skilled and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to join our Civil Operations! In this key role, you'll help ensure our plant, machinery, and equipment operate safely, reliably, and at peak performance.
You'll oversee day‐to‐day maintenance activities in collaboration with the Maintenance Superintendent, supervising works across a broad range of assets and making sure everything remains in optimal operational condition.

Your focus in this role:
* Workshop and field maintenance supervision
* Daily checks and equipment readiness
* Team leadership and training
* Safety culture promotion
* Maintenance scheduling and reporting
What You'll Bring:
* Mechanical trade qualification
* Qualifications in Asset Management, Maintenance Services or Engineering
* Proven leadership in workshop, field, or multi-site maintenance operations
* Strong understanding of equipment safety, mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
* Experience in planning, prioritising, and managing concurrent tasks
* Section 26 Supervisor Certification with DMIRS exam (Mandatory)
* Excellent communication, analytical, and team leadership skills
* Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, and database systems
* C Class Driver's Licence essential (HR preferred)
