Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in software development, preferably in Appian
* Strong knowledge of Appian architecture, guidelines, and performance optimization
* Solid software development background with experience in Agile environments
* Proficient in SQL and familiar with Appian RPA and AI capabilities
