Participation Coordinator Job Description
The Australian Football League is seeking a skilled Participation Coordinator to drive the growth and retention of participants across various formats.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage key relationships with AFL stakeholders, schools, and community groups to increase participation.
2. Coordinate the delivery of the NAB AFL Auskick program, focusing on quality and growth.
3. Support ongoing training and education for casual staff to deliver AFL programs.
4. Deliver the Footy4Fun program to support transition and retention of Community Footballers.
5. Align player appearances with program activity to support participant growth and retention.
6. Contribute to key projects within and outside of core responsibilities.
Requirements:
* 1-2 years experience in a similar role or field.
* Strong administration skills, including experience with Microsoft software.
* Well-developed verbal and written communication, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Desirable Qualifications:
* Degree in related field (e.g. Sports Management or Business) or equivalent experience.
* Knowledge of AFL Victoria development programs and their impact on the sports industry.
