Job Title: Sales Assistance Team Leader
About the Role
We are looking for a driven and experienced leader to join our remote global team as a Sales Assistance Team Leader. This role involves managing a team of Sales Assistants, ensuring timely delivery of sales assistance and business development services to clients.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage a team of Sales Assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality results
* Liaise with Strategy & Sales Personnel to understand client needs and develop effective sales strategies
* Set up internal systems, allocate resources, and train team members on new clients and projects
* Monitor team performance, ensuring delivery on calls and agreed KPIs weekly
* Create external reports to show ROI on each client's project/subscription
Key Skills Required
* Previous experience in Tele-Services and Sales roles, particularly in an outbound role
* Excellent verbal communication and building remote rapport skills
* Basic experience in sales strategies, scripting, and marketing strategy knowledge
* Tenacity and drive to succeed, hungry for growth
* No fear of the phone and ability to handle rejection
* KPIs & goals focus
* Outstanding organisational and time management skills
