Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will work closely with the customer service team and external sales representative, providing quoting support and general account management.This role is a great mix of front-counter trade and retail customers, along with supporting our larger trade accounts.
It's ideal for someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships while developing their knowledge of Patios, Sheds, Roofing, and Fencing products.RESPONSIBILITIESAs a key member of the sales team, your role will include:Preparing accurate and detailed quotes for patios, sheds, roofing, fencing, and other building products.Assisting with order processing via phone, email, and front-counter customers.Supporting the customer service team, sales representative, and branch manager with account management and sales activity.Liaising with builders and trade customers to provide solutions and resolve product or order queries.Monitoring and following up on orders, communicating updates or delays proactively.Delivering professional customer service and sales support to both retail and trade customers.Collaborating with team members and contributing positively to a safe, supportive, and high-performing workplace.ABOUT YOUWe're looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment, is passionate about helping customers, and has the drive to learn and grow in a trade-based business.Experience or interest in Patios, Sheds, Roofing, or Fencing products will be highly regarded (training provided).
Strong quoting, estimating, or order-entry skills (advantageous).
