What You’ll Be Doing: Lead and manage your designated kitchen section, ensuring all tasks meet the high standards set by the Executive Chef Prepare and organize your section thoroughly before each service period Monitor and manage stock levels efficiently, minimizing waste Uphold quality control standards for all ingredients and prepared dishes Cook dishes to a consistently high standard, maintaining speed and precision Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization within your section at all times Support the Head and Sous Chefs in delivering exceptional food quality Delegate tasks effectively to junior chefs and apprentices, mentoring them as they grow Maintain a proactive and positive attitude, always looking for ways to improve skills and performance Assist with additional duties as requested by the Head Chef or management Help ensure every guest, whether resident or visitor, enjoys an outstanding culinary experience Position Details: Full-time role, working across 7 days, including early mornings, late finishes, and weekends, in line with hospitality industry demands
