Responsibilities: Lead the strategy and business development process including early capture management.Responsible and accountable for Account growth (new work and scope expansion) to meet the Account Plan.Accountable for achieving and managing execution of sales and target Revenue/Job Income.Oversee, monitor and improve the performance of projects within the Account.Manage all aspects of Account Execution including program/project performance, quality, budgets, scheduleHold accountability for program financials and budgetsUndertake relationship management across the Account; including development of trusted relationships with key/major clients and stakeholdersManage Account risks and issues and provide a problem solving approach to issue resolutionEnsure managers within the Account fulfil their responsibilities and accountabilities in accordance with the company's management system.
