Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator
PHI Aviation is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator to join our high-performing supply chain team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy of stores inventory and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
* Receive, issue, and control all aircraft components and consumables in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
* Process all inventory movements, part issues, returns, and adjustments within PHI's ERP software.
* Maintain accurate stock levels, perform regular stocktakes, and reconcile discrepancies in PHI's ERP software.
* Ensure all parts and materials are correctly documented, tracked, and stored in accordance with regulatory and company requirements.
* Liaise with the procurement team to request, track, and expedite critical parts to support aircraft maintenance schedules.
Requirements:
* Sound understanding of procurement, warehousing, and logistics principles.
* Relevant aircraft and product knowledge desirable.
* Ability to interpret technical data.
* Experience using RAMCO or a similar inventory management system.
* Strong prioritization, risk management, and decision-making skills.
