This new role has been designed to foster future growth while ensuring that quality management systems are developed, implemented, and monitored. The successful candidate will lead a team of quality assurance professionals, conduct audits, investigate complaints, provide technical decision support, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Duties include:
* Developing and Implementing Quality Management Systems
* Monitoring Production Processes
* Ensuring Compliance
* Managing Quality Teams
* Reviewing Internal and External Audits
* Overseeing Complaints and Non-Conformances
* Driving Continuous Improvement
* Reporting and Communication
* Managing Relationships
* Staying Up-to-Date
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field and have proven experience in quality management within the food industry. Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are also required.
