* Assist with customer service queries by responding to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that customers receive the assistance they need.
* Support pharmacists with script management, including receiving prescriptions, dispensing medication, and maintaining accurate records.
* Counsel patients about their medications, providing education on proper use, potential side effects, and interactions.
* Maintain stock levels and inventory by replenishing supplies as needed and adhering to established procedures for ordering and storing materials.
