Role Title: Middleware AdministratorResponsibilities: Participate as a Middleware administrator (with a primary focus on Oracle Fusion Middleware platform) in the establishment of infrastructure managed services for the client:Formulate and submit requests for information related to the implementation and operation of the client's existing Oracle Fusion Middleware environmentsReview available information and participate in workshops to understand existing Oracle Fusion Middleware platforms in preparation for taking over middleware operationsCreate necessary operations documentation in preparation for service go live (e.g.

Role requires existing ITIL v4 certification or obtaining one within 8 weeks of commencing the job.Proficiency in working within Linux environments and Windows environmentsProven experience or knowledge in one of the script languages Bash, Python, PowerShell, or JavaExcellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and produce technical documentationSound understanding of networking concepts and security protocolsStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamDetail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvementAdditional Requirements: Security Clearance Requirement: Given the secure nature of this role, we are seeking candidates who are Australian Citizens with an active security clearance or are eligible for obtaining security clearance.

On-call and Shift Expectations: This position is primarily focused on managed services, meaning you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our clients' IT systems (Applications and Infrastructure).
Flexibility and adaptability are key, as you may be required to work in shifts to provide continuous support.
Additionally, you may need to be on call to address incidents promptly and perform after-hours deployment activities as needed.
Your ability to effectively manage these responsibilities will be crucial to ensuring the seamless operation of our services and client satisfaction.
