Lead a Team of Culture Experts
Our company is seeking an experienced People and Culture Manager to oversee our retail organization in Australia and New Zealand. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience as a manager in full spectrum human resources capacity, with a strong business acumen and ability to understand business drivers.
Role Responsibilities
* Execute HR priorities and deliverables to the retail organisation.
* Leverage data to diagnose root causes, provide insights, offer recommendations, and develop proactive solutions.
* Manage total rewards cycles, including annual merit reviews, bonus programs, promotions, and out-of-cycle requests for the retail business.
* Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure accurate processing of people movements.
* Influence and coach Retail leaders on key HR and business issues.
* Ensure compliance with employment legislation.
Key Requirements
* Bachelor of Business (Human Resources Management or Organisational Psychology) Degree.
* Strong project management skills, stakeholder engagement, and program execution.
* Experience leveraging quantitative and qualitative data to enable informed decision-making.
