With studios located in both Sydney and Melbourne, this practice delivers complex, large-scale projects across highly technical sectors.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Designer who enjoys working across all phases of a project and has a strong foundational understanding of how projects are structured and delivered. You will contribute to technically complex projects, working closely with project teams to ensure design intent and technical resolution are carried through from concept to completion.

In the role as Senior Designer, you’ll be:
* Working across all phases of projects, from concept through to delivery
* Contributing to the design and technical development of complex architectural projects
* Producing and coordinating high-quality documentation using Revit
* Supporting consultant coordination and working closely with internal stakeholders
* Applying a strong foundational understanding of how projects are put together
* Maintaining design integrity throughout all stages of project delivery
* Ensuring compliance with the BCA and relevant Australian standards
* Contributing to a collaborative, high-performing studio culture
In the role as Senior Designer, we require you to have the following experience:
* 6–10+ years of professional architectural experience within Australia
* Experience working across all project phases, with a solid understanding of project delivery
* Advanced proficiency in Revit
* Strong technical knowledge and a good foundational understanding of the BCA
* Experience contributing to complex and technically demanding projects
* Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with consultants and stakeholders
* Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship

Melbourne permanent role, senior designer, all rounder, someone who is switched on and can gel well with the team, ideally another girl would be good here. Revit and complex focused, 6-8 years is ideal but 10 also good.
