We are seeking an experienced Financial Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing employee payroll, preparing financial reports, and handling client invoicing.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be proficient in Excel, and have experience in administration and accounting.

* Manage employee payroll with accuracy and timeliness.
* Prepare and deliver high-quality financial reports on a regular basis.
* Handle client invoicing with professionalism and attention to detail.

Key Requirements:

* 3+ years of experience in financial management or a related field.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
