* Identify risks and value engineering opportunities
* Support variations and ongoing cost control
About You
* Proven experience estimating residential homes (luxury/custom highly regarded)
* Strong knowledge of residential construction methods
* Excellent attention to detail and commercial awareness
* Ideally hold a formal qualification in Building, Construction or similar
