Milestone IT is working with a retail organisation seeking an experienced SAP Master Planner to manage and optimise production and supply chain planning processes within SAP.
About the Role
As the SAP Master Planner, you will oversee demand, supply, and production planning processes, ensuring seamless integration across SAP modules. You will work closely with supply chain teams, business stakeholders, and IT to drive accurate planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end SAP planning processes (demand, supply, production, inventory)
* Maintain and optimise master data relevant to planning
* Support SAP S/4HANA or ECC planning modules (PP, MM, SD)
* Monitor planning KPIs, forecasts, and reporting outputs
* Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and IT teams to resolve planning issues
* Support testing, process improvements, and SAP system enhancements
* Ensure alignment with overall business and operational objectives
What You Bring
* Proven experience as a SAP Master Planner in retail, manufacturing, or supply chain
* Strong knowledge of SAP PP/MM modules, planning processes, and master data
* Ability to translate business needs into system processes and improvements
* Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
* Experience in demand planning, production scheduling, or supply chain optimisation
