The Drake Group is seeking a driven and customer‐focused Aftermarket Parts Sales Supervisor to lead our Queensland Spare Parts team and support the continued growth of our Aftersales business.
About the Role
Reporting to the Group Aftersales Manager, this role oversees the day‐to‐day operations of the Queensland Spare Parts department, ensuring efficient transaction processing, market‐leading customer service, and strong sales performance.
You will lead a small, capable team—including the Spare Parts Interpreter and Stores—while driving proactive business development, accurate quoting, inventory coordination, and seamless support to our Service & Repairs and Warranty teams.
This is a hands‐on leadership role suited to someone who thrives on building customer relationships, improving processes, and developing their team.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, support and develop the Spare Parts team to achieve sales targets and maintain exceptional customer service standards.
* Drive aftermarket revenue through proactive quoting, account growth, and integrated warranty/service support.
* Oversee accurate sales order entry, EFT processing, reconciliations, and end‐of‐day administration.
* Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure competitive pricing and reliable supply.
* Provide priority service to the Queensland Drake Service and Repairs Workshop by ensuring timely parts supply and rapid response to internal requests.
About You
You will thrive in this role if you have:
* A minimum 5 years' experience in Spare Parts within a manufacturing or heavy equipment environment.
* Strong leadership capability with a passion for coaching and supporting a high‐performing team.
* Solid understanding of inventory, service and repairs parts requirements, and quoting processes.
* Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
* Excellent communication, customer service, and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience with ERP/CRM systems such as Pronto (advantageous).
* A proactive mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‐paced environment.
