About this Opportunity
Responsible for the efficient day to day running of the Alice Springs Base Charter Operations and associated supports for the Alice Springs Base. This diverse role incorporates a wide variety of tasks including, but not limited to:
* Flight reporting and coordination of charter operations
* Preparing for departure and arrival of flights
* Maintaining goods inwards and outwards of the hanger
* Liaison with internal and external stakeholders
* Data entry and maintenance of data bases
* General office tasks including general record keeping, invoicing and file management
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
* Outstanding interpersonal skills with a professional, positive attitude
* Well- developed organisational skills
* Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office
* Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality
