Operations Manager Job Description
About our organization, we're a disability support provider in Coffs Harbour.
This role requires an experienced Operations Manager who will:
* Manage Support Worker and Admin teams effectively.
* Lead rostering, administration, compliance, and quality assurance functions.
* Manage HR systems and achieve NDIS registration efficiently.
* Report directly to the CEO and 2IC while running day-to-day operations smoothly.
* Confidently manage incident reports and complaints professionally.
* Support marketing and business development initiatives.
This position needs someone highly organized, able to multitask, and confident to manage without relying on others.
We're looking for:
* NDIS or disability sector experience is highly desirable.
* Leadership and rostering experience are essential.
* The ability to manage, mentor, and motivate Support Workers and Admin staff is crucial.
* A solid understanding of NDIS Practice Standards and compliance is necessary.
* An independent thinker who can manage operations without supervision is ideal.
Requirements include:
* Working With Children Check is mandatory.
* National Police Check is required.
* Current First Aid & CPR certification is essential.
* Class C Driver's Licence is necessary.
* Comprehensive car insurance and access to a vehicle are preferred.
