What you'll be doing
To ensure that the wardsperson and hospital assistant staff are completing their allocated tasks to a high standard.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
* Consistently demonstrates behaviours that reinforce the CORE Values of our organisation; Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment. Demonstrates these behaviours with all stakeholders; colleagues, direct reports, as well as our patients and consumers, and those that care for them.
* Proven ability to organise, allocate and monitor tasks for wardspersons and hospital assistants to ensure efficient service delivery. Experience responding to internal emergency calls (e.g., CERT) and maintaining a high standard of quality care with a strong operational focus.
* Ability to lead, coach, mentor and supervise staff through effective performance management, training, and rostering. Demonstrated capability conducting performance appraisals and staff counselling and fostering a positive and accountable work culture.
