About Us:
BOTH espresso & wine is a new café and wine bar opening in Runaway Bay. We're all about quality coffee, great food, local wines, and warm, relaxed service.
We're looking for a Barista who's confident behind the machine, loves the craft of coffee, and brings good vibes to every shift. If you're the type who knows how to dial in espresso, talk to customers, and keep service flowing — we want to meet you.
What You'll Be Doing:
Making consistently excellent coffee in a fast-paced setting
Dialling in, calibrating, and maintaining equipment
Working closely with FOH and BOH team to keep things running smooth
Jumping in on floor duties as needed (you're part of the team, not just the machine)
Keeping the coffee station clean, stocked, and organised
What We're Looking For:
Barista experience in a specialty or busy café
Confidence with espresso, milk, and customer service
Friendly, calm and reliable - especially during a rush
Attention to detail, cleanliness, and consistency
Available weekdays and weekends
Latte art a plus, but not essential
Bonus Points If You:
Have experience with social media or content creation
Want to grow into a leadership role or help shape the drinks menu

**Job Type**: Casual
Pay: $32.00 - $40.78 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week

- Coffee preperation: 1 year (required)
