We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our Academic Administration team as Senior Officer, Exam and Timetabling Services. In this role, you'll ensure the smooth coordination of examinations and timetables for all programs, supporting a first-class student experience.
About the Role
As Senior Officer, you will:
* Oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of examinations for all programs and the PTE Test Centre.
* Supervise and manage the exam invigilator team, including recruitment, training, and rostering.
* Coordinate alternative exam arrangements for students with approved adjustments.
* Assist in producing and publishing class timetables and managing student allocations.
* Act as the primary contact for stakeholders on exams, schedules, and teaching spaces.
* Monitor systems and processes, report incidents, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
* Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
* Experience in academic administration, including exams and timetabling.
* Proven ability to supervise staff in a fast‑paced environment.
* Strong digital skills and experience with enterprise systems.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills with attention to detail.
Desirable:
* Knowledge of ESOS legislation and experience supporting international students.
