Talent Acquisition Specialist

IRIS is seeking highly experienced and versatile New Business Development Managers/Hunters to develop new business in the Financial sector.

The role is responsible for building new client relationships and acquiring new logos for IT solutions and services across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Selling IRIS solution services to clients in the Financial Services industry
* New Business Development, experience working as a Hunter, obtaining and developing 'new' business clients and developing key relationships for locating new opportunities with clients
* Identifying and qualifying business opportunities, presenting to C-level executives of organizations, preparing formal proposals, presenting presentations, leading negotiations, coordinating complex decision-making processes, and overcoming objections to closure

Requirements:

* Strong experience in selling solutions and/or contingent IT staffing services through effective cold calling and in-person visits to foster consultative relationships and increase business with clients
* Highly developed selling, customer relations, and negotiation skills
* Should have met and exceeded weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals
* Experience selling IT solutions, services, and staffing services to companies with a track record of exceeding quotas
* 5+ years of IT sales experience with at least 3 years of experience selling into new/existing accounts in the Financial industry
* Bachelor's degree is a must, MBA is a plus; excellent oral and written communication skills
* A self-starter who can multi-task, be self-motivated, and results-oriented; ability to influence and persuade to achieve desired outcomes
* Good analytical, problem-solving, presentation skills (e.g. budgeting and forecasting); self-motivated and possess strong organizational and interpersonal networking skills
* Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
