This is a varied role that suits someone who is equally comfortable having a sales conversation with a prospective member, crafting a social media post, and compiling a weekly report. You will work closely with the Marketing & Growth Lead and Perth Growth Lead to keep the sales pipeline moving and Spacecubed's channels active and on brand.

* Keep CRM data accurate and up to date to support reliable reporting
* Track key metrics including enquiry volumes, conversion rates, and content performance

* Support the broader team with administrative and coordination tasks as required
* Maintain a strong knowledge of all Spacecubed spaces, memberships, programs, and events to answer queries confidently
* Assist with events and activations at Spacecubed's Perth spaces on an as‐needed basis

* Comfortable handling inbound sales enquiries and conducting face‐to‐face tours or presentations
* Hands‐on experience creating social media content and writing for a professional audience
* Experience using a CRM tool (HubSpot preferred) to manage contacts and pipeline
Skills & Attributes
