Edge Early Learning is seeking a Marketing Manager to play a critical role in empowering our centres to boost enquiries and occupancy through innovative marketing strategy and brand development, whilst ensuring family retention through effective customer communication.
The position is an opportunity for an all-rounder who wishes to further their experience across digital marketing, Local Area Marketing and events and Customer Experience/Voice of Customer programs that drive exceptional experiences and customer retention across our customer journey.
You will be just as comfortable driving social and content strategy as you will optimising marketing automation to engage enrolled families in key retention messaging.
You'll take a test-and-learn approach to all activity, founded in insights and data and you'll be excited at the prospect of engaging with our Centre teams across Australia to develop effective marketing messaging and customer experience and communications assets.
What We're Looking For:
A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Marketing, Communications).
Strong knowledge of traditional and digital marketing strategies, digital marketing performance metrics including SEM, Social and SEO.
Experience in producing effective briefs to agency partners.
Strong working knowledge of CRM and marketing automations is desirable.
Current Working with Children Check/Blue Card/Working with Vulnerable People Check (or ability to acquire)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and enhance brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling.
Manage the development, implementation and optimisation of Edge marketing and advertising plans, to grow enquiries, and enrolments.
Oversee the design and execution of integrated brand and Local Area Marketing campaigns, including media planning and buying, creative & production and content development, ensuring all activity is within agreed budgets, timeframes and meets legal and regulatory compliance.
Build strong stakeholder relationships across centres and Edge Support Office functions to align brand and Local Area Marketing with Edge's organisational goals
Oversee campaign budgets, timelines, and reporting, ensuring marketing activity drives measurable outcomes
Support and empower centres to engage in Local Area Marketing and community- orientated initiatives that drive enquiries.
Brief our development agency and utilise the backend of our custom WordPress website to keep all centre and brand information current and optimise the UX for SEO and enquiry action.
