About the Role
As a New Graduate RN, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents.
You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team and gain hands-on experience across a variety of clinical areas within aged care.
You will be supported every step of the way through:
Mentorship from multiple senior nurses, offering guidance, clinical supervision, and day-to-day support.
Participation in the Aged Care Transition to Practice Program, delivered by the Australian College of Nursing, designed to enhance your confidence, clinical skills, and professional capability.
A structured onboarding program to help you settle into your role and workplace routine.
This position is ideal for graduates who are compassionate, eager to learn, and passionate about enhancing the lives of older adults.
Key Responsibilities
Provide safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care under the guidance of senior clinical staff.
Complete resident assessments, care plans, and documentation in accordance with relevant standards and policies.
Administer medications and perform clinical procedures with increasing independence as your skills develop.
Collaborate with care staff, allied health professionals, residents, and families to support optimal health outcomes.
Contribute to quality improvement activities and uphold aged care compliance and accreditation standards.

About You
Hold (or are about to obtain) AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
Demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
